WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a standard one-year warranty on most items purchased from PC Renewed. This covers hardware faults that arise during the first 12 months. If your item develops a hardware fault you can return it to us and we will either repair it or replace it. Check the individual product description before purchase as some will offer a shorter warranty and some will have the option to extend the warranty to two years.
If you notice that your battery does not hold a one-hour change after receiving your product, you will need to let us know within 7 days of receiving your product. Failure to do so will mean that we cannot honour the warranty on the battery.
We cannot offer a warranty on software issues that arise as a result of malware or corruption. However, we do install a recovery partition on the hard drive or single state drive to help resolve this issue should it arise.
