After inspecting the device, the team will carry out any repairs, then restore the coloured laptop to factory settings. To give you a good start, we install Windows 10 professional onto our coloured laptops, so you can begin working straight away. We also now offer the latest Windows 11, so get in touch to upgrade your device to this software. During the final part of the refurbishment, we give our coloured laptops their distinctive hue using a high-quality vinyl cover. Once the vinyl cover is fitted, you can treat your device the same way as any of our other refurbished laptops for sale.

PC Renewed’s Warranty Policy on Coloured Laptops

We offer a standard one-year warranty on our devices, including our HP coloured laptops and Lenovo coloured laptops unless otherwise stated. Please check the individual product description as some of our items have a shorter warranty period whilst others have an extended two-year warranty.

The warranty has you covered in the event of hardware faults. We can either repair the device or replace it with an identical model.

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your coloured laptop to notify us of any battery faults. A battery fault will be apparent if the battery doesn’t hold a one-hour charge. If you fail to contact us in this period, we cannot honour the warranty on the battery.

We cannot offer a warranty on software issues that arise as a result of malware or corruption. However, we do install a recovery partition on the hard drive or single state drive to help resolve this issue should it arise.
