If you wish to return your item for any reason please contact us either via phone on 02476 422328 or email sales@pcrenewed.co.uk and we will deal with your request.
What if I have a problem with my order?
If you have an issue with one of our products, please contact us describing the issue and we will first of all try and resolve the issue over the phone, if this is not possible, providing the issue arises within the first 30 days we can arrange to send a pre-paid label. If the issue is after the initial 30 day returns period but still within the warranty period then we would request that you send the product back to us, we would then replace/repair the product and return at our expense.
What if I want to cancel my order?
We will refund any product within the first 30 days of purchase providing the item is received in original condition, if you do require a refund we would simply request that you return the item at your cost and we will issue a full refund once the product is in our possession.

PC Renewed offer a 12 month return to base warranty unless otherwise specified within the product description. We will repair or replace any returned product within 30 days of receipt.
What is covered under warranty?
If your PC or laptop develops a hardware fault within the warranty period, then this can be returned and we will repair or replace this for you.
What is not covered under warranty?
Batteries: If you receive a laptop and the battery does not hold at least one hours charge you must let us know within 7 days. After this time the battery will not be covered under warranty
Software Issues: We do not cover software issues such as file corruption, malware issues. We do however install a recovery partition to help rectify any such problems
Accidental Damage: We will not cover any physical damage such as liquid being spilt on the product, screen damage or hinge damage from misuse or accidental damage.
Upgraded Products: Any products that have been upgraded would not be covered under our warranty.
