Joel 5 5 Excellent service and very quick delivery. A couple of small niggles were sorted out quickly by Luke. AMBob Cleaning Support 4 5 The laptop works perfect and that is what I expected. Because it was not a new one, there were some minor scratches, still completely acceptable. The only issue I had was with a bag (I added up as additional purchase) and a charger; simply they were not in the first parcel (which was delivered very quickly, on the very next day!!!). When I contacted the company about the missing items, they reacted in about half an hour and politely apologized, and dispatched the items very quickly so I received them the next day. The only thing was, the bag - a new one, quite good quality for the price (£15) - was for 15.6" laptop and because I bought a 14" laptop, the bag appeared to be too big and not met my expectations; that was four instead of five stars. Still I am really happy with the laptop so far; it does a good job since I got... the charger :-) PG 5 5 Bought 2 laptops (Lenovo ThinkPad T440p and ThinkPad T460) on the 17th March 2023. Was sceptical about buying second hand laptops but PC Renewed Ltd. has me converted. Have been using them alternatively ever since. I’m no computer expert but so far, the systems on both laptops seem to be running perfectly. And batteries seem to hold charge really well. The quality of workmanship is second-to-none. The vinyl covers with personally chosen images are beautifully made. The customer service is excellent, particularly Joey (and Paul) who has always kept me in the loop. Keep up all the good work guys. Many thanks from a very happy customer.
